1. You can schedule an appointment via our portal on this website, or call our office number 770-305-6911, for appointments.2. Fill out required forms on the portal or in person.3. Show up for your appointments, 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time.

Are your services covered by my insurance?

We are IN network with a variety of insurance policies listed and many more; please verify with your insurance company if you are in network with our clinic.
